Sample 2: Paul Cézanne's, Mont Sainte-Victoire piece

Firstly, Paul took a picture of Mount Sainte-Victoire, which is situated in southern France. This was the starting point of his piece.

Paul divided his piece into three parts (starting from the bottom to the top) and below is the process of the piece through to the final painting.

I find Paul Cézanne's piece really interesting, because I like the idea of how he used oil pastels to manipulate a real life scenery; especially with the detail in the middle creating an illusion of the sun's beams appearing across the grassy fields.

Sample 1: Ron Arad's roundhouse installation

Design stages

Stage 1

Stage 2

Final process

The structure is made of silicon rods and it is a 360 degree cinema made for artists. To make the roundhouse installation come to life, they use a computer to portray a series of images that go around the structure. This makes it visually appealing for the viewers as they watch the display. I like Ron Arad’s roundhouse installation because it is truly inspiring, to look at what can be created through art and the innovation behind creating the roundhouse is mind blowing and creative.
